Edda Marenzi was born in Vienna in 1942. After finishing her elementary studies in Vienna and the U.S., she studied painting with professor C. Unger at the Academy of Applied Arts, Restoration and Technology at the Akademie der Bildenden Kunste in Vienna. She worked restoring important churches in Austria, inclucing the Karlskirche in Vienna and the Basilika Sonntagberg in lower Austria. She has always practiced painting and her watercolours are in private collections. She has lived in Spain since 1998 where she has participated in the exhibitions of the "Fuente" group. |
